A single mom for the first five years of my son's life. I worked full-time and struggled with anxiety, depression and panic attacks for years. I was diagnosed with IBS by the doctors (after not being able to explain the bloating and alternating constipation/diarrhea), was exhausted all the time and ended up with burned out adrenals caused by stress.
